After years of pushing through chronic pain and post-concussion syndrome, I discovered the transformative power of osteopathy – a discovery that changed both my health and my life's purpose.
Today, I combine my expertise in osteopathy, psychology, exercise science, and occupational therapy to help high-achieving women find alignment in body, mind, and soul.
